High intensity aromas of black ripen fruits ( blackberries) , with hints of spices and chocolate and toffee sweets coming from it’s aging .

In the mouth medium long acidity with médium high body and tannins . High persistence of black ripen fruit combined with the aging in oak remembers to dark chocolate.


Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium glass .

It`s medium long acidity and medium high tannins and body makes it perfect to pair with red light red meats cooked in barbecues , matured cheese .
