How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated from the weight thereof, in the table shown
cost according to the weight of a standard bottle of wine or CL 70-75 distilled
so these may differ if other bottles weights or formats.
What shipping include?
Shipping costs include the cost of shipping the products ordered to the
address chosen, an insurance in case of breakage or loss, a special protective
packaging and VAT.
Will I be notified before receiving the order?
You will receive email informing you that the package has left our warehouse and to the online tracking. We offer a standard , economic and service delivery during the day from Monday to Friday, if we can not make the delivery we will contact the customer to find another delivery day . It is advisable to have someone in the indicated address and indicate the days and prefered time delivery.
Are there discounts on shipping or free transportation for volume
Expenses only offer free shipping to and from Barcelona City 100 € of
purchase, although other destinations they can get free or reduced considerably
thanks to the discounts available for volume purchases.
What happens in case of breakage or loss of the
In case of breakage or loss order will proceed to later delivery if the
