Red cherry colour with maroon rim and low intensity color


Very High intensity aromas of red acid fruits and flowers roses and violets , spices like black pepper, nutmeg ( in a mid way of a Grenache and Pinot noir ), slight milky creamy ageing aromas.


In the mouth medium acidity with very light body and tannins . In the aftertaste we find the fruits and flowers from nose combined with the very well integrated toffee sweet aromas from the ageing .

Serving temperature 14- 16 º C in a small medium glass similar to the video


Red semi aged wine with this light tannins & body can pair soups , rice, chicken , legumes .
