Delivery

The delivery time of every article will depend on its availability the place where you want it to be sent and the type of delivery you prefer. It can fluctuate between 5 and 15 days and during November and December between 5 and 30 days, if we cannot deliver during this time we will contact you and comunicate the new delivery time, but this is not a reason for cancelling the order if alredy has leaved our store. Vinosencasa.com only works with internationally renowned logistics companies to perform delivery, which guarantees fast, safe, effective service, and allows us to know at all times where our shipment is located.
The delivery is made door to door through a single intermediary, thus avoiding possible losses and ensuring the product will be received.
The cost of shipping and delivery dates vary according to the destination, urgency and weight of the shipment. This cost is from our store to the adress you indicate, and doesn´t include posible alcohol taxes, customs duty´s or VAT´s in some of the UE countries, for some of them the purchaser must have an importing license (we recomend you get informed in your country). For UK customers we inform you that you will have to pay administration tax to the shipping company (about 25£) and alcohol taxes in destination before receiving your order, this taxes are shown in the link below:

Returns

At Vinosencasa.com we always offer products that proceed directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributor, with which we maintain a relationship since 1928 thus guaranteeing their quality and a fair price.
If any claim is made in this respect, the manufacturer will be notified and the appropriate steps will be taken.
If you want to cancel an order after it has already been confirmed, but before receiving our e-mail notifying you that your order is ready to be sent, you can contact us and let us know that you want to cancel the order.
If the delivery process has already been initiated, you may return the product after you have received it.
Our returns system will allow you to return it within a period that may not exceed 7 days from the day the product was received, as long as it is still in perfect condition.
You will have to detail the reasons for the return in the space indicated on the back side of the invoice that you will receive inside the package, and you will need to attach this bill to the front part of the package when you make the return.
The shipping and return expenses, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and the amount of the products will be returned in full to the purchaser within a period of 7 days from the day the return is received.
After the product has been received in our warehouses, Vinosencasa.com will check its condition before refunding the amount. Returns must be sent to: Service of Returns of Vinosencasa.com e-mail: vinosencasa@vinosencasa.com.
If part of the expedition is been damaged or doesn´t arrive, vinosencasa.com will return the total amount of the missing products, or rather the free deliver in future expeditions.

Applicable Law

Purchases made in Vinosencasa.com are subject to Spanish regulations in force and the rest of concordant legislation. It is understood that the purchases are made at the registered office of: Torres Viure, S.L. - Nou de la Rambla, 25 - 08001 Barcelona.
With regard to any controversy or disagreement that may arise concerning compliance with or the interpretation of the purchase agreement reached, or any of its conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
Vinosencasa.com is not responsible for any purchase that may be prohibited by the consumer legislation of the destination country, and expressly assumes that the purchasers, as appears on the order form, are of legal age to purchase alcoholic products.
In the case of litigation, both parties expressly submit to Spanish legislation and the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
The declaration of nullity of one or several of the purchase conditions established, which are non-essential, will not involve the nullity of the purchase agreement reached, which will remain in force.
