Grape varieties: 80 % Tempranillo (30 years old vines) , 20 % Grenache . This wine has only been elaborated with the label “Especial” in 1964 and 1973 . Years in which this historical winery considered excepcional the quality of their grapes.

Elaboration : Alcohol fermt Stainless steel . Aging 3 years American oak and 4 years in bottle before came out to the market.

Red cherry color with orange rim and low intensity color

High intensity aromas of red fruits like ripen cherries, clean vanilla, cedar wood, leather, pink pepper , elegant perfume of a classic rioja that invites to drink.


In the mouth very high acidity with light body and light tanins . In the aftertaste we find red ripen fruits, cedar wood , fine vanilla, spicy , all very persistent and complex.

Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a big glass similar to the video .



Classic Rioja that takes Reserva label but due to it’s aging can legaly have the Gran Reserva one. With this delicate and complex perfume and it’s light body and tannin and long acidity makes it perfect to pair with dishes of meat delicately cooked for example duck with mushrooms
