Red cherry colour with garnet rim and medium high intensity colour

Medium high intensity aromas of black and red fruit like plums , spiced , some thyme , after decanting slight aromas of flowers and delicate oak .

In the mouth medium long acidity and medium light body and tannins . In the aftertaste we find persistence of the black fruit , flowers and spices with a pleasant vanilla finish.

Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium glass . Decanting 15 min before serving.

Red semi crianza wine with it’s long acidity and medium body and tannins makes it perfect to match with legumes , pasta , barbeques .
