Red cherry color with redish rim and medium high intensity color
Medium High intensity aromas of black ripen fruit (blackberry , plum) almost like marmalade , spicy like black pepper , and complex aromas of cedar and vanilla from the oak aging.
In the mouth medium long acidity with medium body and medium tannins . In the aftertaste we find the black ripen fruit and the appetising black chocolate finish from the oak aging.
Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium glass .
Red crianza wine with it’s medium long acidity and medium tannins and body makes it perfect to match with red sauced meats , legumes, semi cured cheeses.
