Very high intensity aromas of black fruits typical of Ribera del Duero , blackberry, blueberries and blackcurrant , hints of flowers and new vanilla, fresh spiciness like nutmeg .
In the mouth long acidity with high body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find black fruit from nose combined with fresh balsamics and black chocolate from the aging .
Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a big glass similar to the video .
With it’s high tanins & body and long acidity makes it perfect to match with red meat, and cured cheeses .
