Very high intensity aromas of white fruits like pear , melon , peach , some hints of white flowers and spiciness typical of grenache like aniseed or fennel .


In the mouth medium long acidity with medium- light body . In the aftertaste we find white fruit from nose combined with the aniseed and citrics like grapefruit .



Serving temperature 8-10 º C in a medium glass

White young wine with this body and acidity you can pair it with fishes of the same medium body or seafood, cheeses like Brie or even chicken .
