Pale yellow color with green highlights.

Very high intensity of ripen fruits like pear , peach and fresh hints of fennel , some white flowers and slight hints of vanilla from the aging .

In the mouth medium long acidity with medium light body. In the aftertaste high persistance of the fruits from the nose combined with grapefruit and slight hint of vanilla from the oak.

Serving Temperature 10-12º C en small médium glass


It’s medium long acidity and medium light body makes it perfect to match with fish, salads with seafruits, appetizers , pastas.
