Red cherry color with maroon rim and medium intensity color
High intensity aromas of acid red fruit , very spicy (typical of the Grenache) and very clear aromas of the vanilla from the oak aging.
In the mouth long acidity with medium light body and medium tannins . In the aftertaste we find the red acid fruit, spicyness and vanilla .
Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium glass .
Red crianza wine with it’s long acidity and medium tannins medium low body makes it perfect to match with tapas, cold meat, light red meats, semi cured cheeses.
