Red cherry color with garnet –red rim , medium intensity .
High intensity of ripen red fruit like cherries, and hints of acid redberries, very spicy like pepper and mint with hints of aging like toffee sweet.
In the mouth long acidity with medium body and tannins. In the aftertaste we find the red ripen fruit with the vanilla from the aging.
Serving temperature de servicio 14-16 ºC in médium glass .
It’s medium tannins and long acidity makes it perfect to match with bbq red meat, cold meat, legumes , semicured cheeses.
