Red cherry color with violet and maroon rim and medium intensity color.

Very high intensity aromas of black fruit (like plums) red fruits (mix of acid and ripen ), hints of blue flowers , spices like pepper and aromatic herbs. Very delicate balance of the vanilla of the aging.

In the mouth medium long acidity , medium light body and tannins . In the aftertaste we find high persistence of the fruits from the nose , spicy freshness with sweet tooth finish that reminds toffee sweet with slight hints of black liquorice that completes it’s complexity.

Serving temperature 14 to 16º C in a medium glass .

It’s medium light tannins and long acidity makes it perfect to match with sauced light structured red meat, legumes , semicured cheeses.
