Very high intensity aromas of ripen black fruits like plums and cherries mixed with spices , and also liquorice . Good balance of the vanilla from the aging . Very complex .
In the mouth medium long acidity with medium light body and tannins. High persistance of red ripen fruit that combines with the vanilla that reminds of a mon cheri chocolate.
Serving temperature 14-16 º C in medium glass
It’s medium light body & tannins and long acidity makes it perfect to match with red meat cold meat, legumes , semicured cheeses.
