Lively raspberry pink, relatively full in colour. A lively mid sized mousse, persistent, and forming a full crown. This is a cava full of intensely ripe summer red fruit aromas, summer raspberries, red currants and cherries. The palate is equally fruity, ripe, attractive and appealing, with a beautifully balanced acidity, and a long attractive refreshing aftertaste.
