Pale yellow color with green highlights , medium small size bubble with medium velocity.

High intensity aromas of fruits like green apple , citrics, quince, aniseed, hints of white flowers , complex.

In the mouth medium long acidity with medium light body and creamy mousse. High aftertaste of the fruit from nose , quince , fennel , flowers , grapefruits and slight hint toasted from the aging with the yeasts .

Serving temperature 8-10º C in tulip glass

It’s medium long acidity and medium light body makes it perfect to match with appetizers, croquettes, seafood, fish, pasta, rice, sauced chicken .
