Yellow intense color with golden highlights and small bubble with medium velocity .
High intensity aromas of white fruit , peach, brioge , aniseed and some hints of white flowers.
In the mouth medium long acidity with slight sweetness and creamy mousse. Medium light body . In the aftertaste we find the fruits from nose combined with citric fruits and aging hints like pastries.
Serving temperature 8-10 ºC in lampshade glass .
Easy Champagne to get started , médium long acidity and light sweetness that makes it perfect to pair with appetizers , seafood, pate, soups, pasta, chicken, cheese and creme brulee.
