Vinification : Alcohol fermt Stainless steel . Aging 12 months French and American oak. Then 2 more years in bottle.

Red cherry colour with redish rim and medium low intensity colour


Medium intensity aromas ; red ripen fruits with slight hints of acid red fruit . Combined with spices like pepper, cinnamon and vanilla from the oak aging.

In the mouth medium long acidity with light body and medium light tannins . In the aftertaste we find the fruit red ripen from nose combined with the vanilla from the oak and the spicy hints .



Serving temperature 16 º C in a medium glass .


Reserva red wine with this low tannins & body can pair rices , legumes with long cookings, stews of red meat , poultry .
