Red ripen cherry colour with garnet rim and medium intensity colour

High intensity aromas of black acid fruit (blackberries , blackcurrants ) , hints of vanilla and caramel from the aging , spices like pepper and some typical greenpepper from the cabernet sauvignon .

In the mouth long acidity with medium body and tannins . In the aftertaste we find the black acid fruit with some spicies and chocolate /caramel from the aging in oak.

Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium big glass .

Red semi crianza wine with it’s long acidity and medium body and tannins makes it perfect to match with red meats with medium structure ,stews, legumes , barbeques , cured or semicured cheeses .
