High intensity aromas of white fruit like pear, acid pineapple, white flowers and fenel .

In the mouth medium long acidity with medium -light body and great aromatic persistence of the same aromas detected in the nose.

Consuming temperature from 8º-10ºC in medium - small glass.


It's acidity and body makes it ideal to pair it with fishes and seafood of medium light flesh.
