Red pale colour with rim almost violet . Medium low intensity colour.


Very high intensity aromas of red fruits like strawberries and cherries (ripen and acid) , balsamic some aniseed, spices,very complex , some milky aromas that remind to some vanilla of new oak barrels


In the mouth long acidity with medium body . In the aftertaste we find the red fresh fruit very persistent , balsamics and milky that makes it very luscious


Serving temperature 8 º C in a medium small glass .

Rose for the ones that like reds . It’s long acidity and medium body and milky aromas makes it perfect to match with legumes, salads, rices, pasta, chicken, fresh cheese .
