Medium aromas of white fruit like pear, hints of peach,pineapple and delicate aromas of white flowers , fenel and minerality.

In the mouth long acidity with light body. In the aftertaste we find the fruit from the nose combined with fresh citrics like lemons for long time. .


Serving temperature from 10 ºC in a small glass similar to the video


The subtle aromas and light body makes it perfect to match with light textured fish and seafood as well as some cheese like Brie type .
