Red ripen cherry colour with maroon rim medium high intensity colour


High intensity aromas of ripen black and red fruits , spicy like black pepper, black licorice , aromatic herbs like rosemary, with ageing aromas of oak such as milk with coffee .

In the mouth very long acidity with medium body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find black and red ripen fruit from nose combined with aromatic herbs, black chocolate and black licorice .


Serving temperature 14- 16 º C in a small medium glass similar to the video
