Red deep cherry color with maroon rim and medium-high intensity color
High intensity aromas of black ripen fruit like plums , blackberry jam, and ripen cherries, typical aromas of vanillas from the aging in American oak, spicies, hints of thyme and mineral .
In the mouth long acidity with medium body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find black ripen fruit from nose combined with aromas of pepper and bitter chocolate .
Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a medium glass similar to the video .
With it’s medium tanins & body and long acidity makes it perfect to match with cold meat, pasta, red meats , mid aged cheeses .
