Red ripen cherry color with maroon rim and medium intensity color
High intensity aromas of acid and ripen red fruit from Tempranillo and black ripen fruits from the syrah , fresh spiciness like nutmeg, aromatic herbs like thym, balsamics, and aging aromas of oak and vanilla .
In the mouth medium long acidity with medium light body and medium low tanins . In the aftertaste we find red and black fruits from nose combined with , spicy , and milk with coffee in the after taste that makes all together an easy to drink wine.
Serving temperature 14 to 16º C in a medium glass similar to the video .
Semi aged red wine with it’s medium tannins and long acidity and medium body makes it perfect to match with veal , cured cheese, bbq, for example.
