Red ripen cherry colour with garnet rim and medium intensity colour

High intensity aromas of black fruit like plums or cherries , vanilla and toasted from the aging , some balsamic hints from the grape variety .

In the mouth medium long acidity with medium body and medium tannins . In the aftertaste we find red ripen fruits with some spicies and toasted from the aging in oak.


Serving temperature 14 º C in a medium big glass .

Red semi crianza wine with it’s medium long acidity and medium body and tannins makes it perfect to match with red meats with medium structure ,stews, legumes , barbeques , cured or semicured cheeses .
