Red cherry color with maroon rim and medium intensity color.

Very high intensity aromas of red ripe fruit( like cherries) and acid (redberries) some hints of fresh black fruit (like plum) , spices like pepper some fresh menthols mixed with some cedar and toffee sweets at the end.

In the mouth long acidity , medium body and tannins that easily melt in the mouth. In the aftertaste we find high persistence of the fruits from the nose , combined with creamy aromas from the oak aging, with a pleasant finish that reminds black chocolate.

Serving temperature 14 to 16º C in a medium-big glass .

It’s long acidity medium tannins and body makes it perfect to match with sauced red meats , cured cheeses.
