Elaboration : Alcohol fermt Stainless steel , 12 months ageing in oak French and American.

Vol : 14,5%


Red ripen cherry color with redish rim and high intensity color

Very high intensity aromas of black ripen fruit (plums) , spices , balsamic menthols , eucalyptus (coming from the Cab) , combined with the ageing aromas of vanilla and hints of cedar .


In the mouth medium long acidity with medium body& tanins that make it easy to drink . In the aftertaste we find black fruit combined with fresh hints menthols and coffee&milk and chocolate from the ageing .

Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a medium glass similar to the video .

Aged red wine with it’s medium tannins & body makes it perfect to match with red meats , stews and cured cheese .
