Red cherry color with maroon rim and low intensity color

High intensity aromas of red and black ripen like raisins and prunes and jam, typical aromas from Shiraz like black olive , some hints of spices and aromatic herbs like thyme and black liquorice and hints of toasted aromas from the contact of the wood .

In the mouth medium acidity with light body and tannins with a slight sweet feeling on the tip of the tongue that makes it very easy to drink . In the aftertaste we find red ripen fruit from nose combined with hints of liquorice , black olive and coffee .

Serving temperature 16 º C in a medium glass similar to the video .

Red wine with it’s low tannins & body and acidity makes it perfect to match with rices, pasta , meats like chicken.
