Red ripen cherry color with maroon rim and medium high intensity color
Very high intensity aromas of red acid and ripen fruit ( like red berries and cherries ) typical of Tempranillo and black fruits like plums , fresh hints of spices like black pepper , nutmeg and root of liquorice. Woody aromas well balanced with the fruit that remember to coconut and vanilla and milk &coffee.
In the mouth long acidity with medium body and medium-high tanins . In the aftertaste we find red and black fruit from nose combined with hints black bitter chocolate of the aging .
Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a big glass similar to the video .
Aged red wine with it’s medium high tannins & medium body and long acidity makes it perfect to match with red meats and cured cheese .
