Red cherry color with purple and maroon rim and light intensity color.

High intensity aromas of red acid fruit like raspberries or strawberry lolly and some hints of spices .

In the mouth long acidity with light body and low tanins . In the aftertaste we find high persistence of the red acid fruits and spiciness like the nose.

Serving temperature 14 to 16º C in a medium small glass similar to the video .

Young fruity red wine , with it’s low tannins and long acidity makes it perfect to match with sauced pork or chicken.
