Red ripen cherry color with maroon rim and medium high intensity color

High intensity aromas of black fruit like plums and aging in the oak like coffee and hints of licorice and red acid fruits .

In the mouth very high acidity with medium light body and medium tanins . In the aftertaste we find black plums , spicy , coffee and black bitter chocolate.

Serving temperature 14 to 16º C in a big glass similar to the video .

Aged red wine with it’s medium tannins and long acidity and medium body makes it perfect to match with veal for example.
