Medium intensity red cherry color with maroon rim .

Very high intensity aromas of red fruits like ripen strawberries with hints of some acid like redberries and some candies with refreshing aniseed flavours.

In the mouth médium long acidity and médium light body. In the aftertaste high intensity of red fruits , candy , refreshing balsamics typical of the Grenache that reminds aniseed.

Serving temperature 8-10º C in small-medium glass.



It’s medium long acidity and medium light body makes it perfect to match with legumes, pastas, rices, some chicken, red peppers, prawns.
