Varieties: Grenache , Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot .


Elaboration: Fermentation in concrete and oak. 10% of the Grenache with carbonic maceration. Aging in 500 l oak barrel.

Red ripen cherry color with maroon rim and medium high intensity color

Medium High intensity aromas of black ripen fruit ( plum) some red acid fruits (redberries) , spicy like black pepper and clove, some hints of vanilla..

In the mouth long acidity with medium body and medium high tannins . In the aftertaste we find the black ripen fruit and the toffee sweet aroma combined with the spiciness of the Cabernet ( green pepper) and the balsamics from the Grenache.

Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium big glass .

Red crianza wine with it’s medium long acidity and medium body and medium high tannins and body makes it perfect to match with red meats , legumes, cured cheeses.
