Red ruby colour with red-orange rim and medium intensity colour

Very high intensity aromas of red ripen fruit from the Merlot and black fruits from de Cabernet with spices typical from the CabSav that can remind leafs of tobacco, high intensity of the vanilla from the oak aging .

In the mouth medium long acidity and medium light body and tannins . In the aftertaste we find high persistence of the red fruit and vanilla that floods the mouth .

Serving temperature 14-16 º C in a medium glass .

Red reserve wine with it’s medium long acidity and medium light body and tannins makes it perfect to match with iberic coldmeat, stewed legumes , semi cured cheese.
