Red cherry color with red ruby rim and medium intensity color

Medium -high intensity aromas of red ripen fruit like cherries , good balanced vanilla , hints of leather and pepper aromas .

In the mouth medium long acidity with medium-light body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find red ripen fruit from nose combined with hints of toffee sweets .

Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a medium glass similar to the video .

Aged red wine with it’s medium low tannins & body and long acidity makes it perfect to match with chicken, soft meats , cheese not very aged and quite light .
