High intensity aromas of exotic fruit typical of Verdejo like maracuya , pasion fruit , some hints of mango and aniseed .

Long acidity with médium light body . In the aftertaste we can get the exotic fruit described in nose with a mix of citrics like grapefruit for long time.

Serving temperatura from 8-10 ºC in a small glass similar to the video


The intense aromas and medium light body makes it perfect to match with sauced fish and seafood , aromatized with fenel for example.
