High intensity aromas of red acid fruit combined with fresh spiciness and balsamics typical from Grenache , some hints of red candy and subtle vanilla aging aromas .
In the mouth long acidity with light body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find red fruit from nose combined with fresh balsamic and slight hints of vanilla .
Serving temperature 16 º C in a medium glass similar to the video .
Red wine with it’s low tannins & body and long acidity makes it perfect to match with rices, pasta , iberic ham, meats like chicken.
