Pale yellow with greenish highlights .

High intensity aromas of citric fruits , acid pineapple, mineral and fenel .

In the mouth long acidity with medium -light body and medium –high aromatic persistence of the same aromas detected in the nose.

Consuming temperature from 8º-10ºC in medium - small glass.

It's acidity and body makes it ideal to pair it with fishes and seafood of medium light flesh
