In the mouth high acidity with medium high body and medium high tanins . Fruity spicy and sweet-toothed toffee sweet aromas , coffee and black chocolate due to it’s aging .
Serving temperature 16 to 18ºC in a big glass similar to the video
It’s acidity , body and tannins allows to match it with heavy red meats like veal steak, lamb ..sauced or with cured cheese.
