Red ripen cherry color with red rim and medium high intensity color

High intensity aromas of the aging like vanillas, cedar, red ripen fruit like strawberries and black fruits like black and blue berries , hints of spices like black pepper .

In the mouth long acidity with medium-high body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find black fruit from nose combined with hints black bitter chocolate of the aging .

Serving temperature 16 to 18º C in a big glass similar to the video .

Aged red wine with it’s medium high tannins & body and long acidity makes it perfect to match with red meats and cured cheese .
