Red cherry color with maroon rim and medium high intensity color

Medium high intensity aromas of red ripen fruit , black fruits like blackberries and spicies like pepper combined with aging aromas like white coffee (coffee &milk) .

In the mouth medium acidity with medium light body and tanins . In the aftertaste we find red fruit from nose combined with the aging aromas that reminds to toffee sweets .

Serving temperature 14 to 16 º C in a medium glass similar to the video .

Red wine with it’s medium low tannins & body and acidity makes it perfect to match with rices, pasta , bbq, cheese not very aged .
