High intensity aromas of red acid and rippen fruit , balsamic like nutmeg and aromatic herbs like thyme, black fruit like black currant and toffee sweet from it’s aging.
In the mouth high acidity with light body and smooth tanins . Fruity balsamic like the nose combined with the toffee sweet aromas .
Serving temperature 15 to 18ºC in a big glass similar to the video one. It’s acidity and complexity allows to pair it with more delicate dishes aromatized with herbs like thyme, rosemary … Meats like chicken or duck sauced as red meats not very greasy , delicately cooked .
